A lady stopped her car in the middle of the street in front of our house. I was in the driveway. She asked if I lived here. She told me she had just returned with a friend from northern California where she visited a 100 year old Wisteria bush that covered several acres with it’s blooms. She said to me she loved our wisteria.
I anticipate spring and the wisteria blooming. Our weather is so unpredictable. It will rain and then the sun will come out. The flowers and trees will start to bloom and then the March winds howl and knock all the blooms off. I try to get a picture before that happens because sure enough it will soon get hot and the blooms will dry up and fall off. But for that short time it is glorious to see.
