I am photographer, mixed media artist and writer.
My father bought me brownie camera as a birthday present when I was eight. I loved taking pictures. The chemicals concerned me. It wasn’t until I was an adult with almost grown children did I go back to college and study photography.
As a child I knew I wanted to be an artist. I drew on every blank piece of paper, even on blank pages inside of books. Studies in architecture and fashion were the perfect foundation to be a mixed media fiber artist. I have quilts in collections in the United States, Switzerland and New Zealand.
I lecture and teach workshops.
I am married and have three grown sons.
